Welcome to Driview. Driview is operated by OneBit ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Driview website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

2. Use License & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Driview grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Service designed to prevent or restrict access.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Taxes: Subscription fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to the data, information, or material you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the data solely to provide the Service to you.

Our IP: The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, are owned by Driview and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Driview makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Driview, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
